Build 60 problem??"\Simulation can only be started by "Launch rFactor" application"/.

Afther the build 60 update i cant start rFactor2 anymore. When i want to start rFactor2 i get the message: "\Simulation can only be started by "Launch rFactor" application"/. When i uninstall the game en reinstall (build 49) rFactor2 works again. And when i update the game to build 60 the problem comes back.. I have looked on forums but couldnt find anything. I hope someone has the solution. Gr Robin...
